My name is Sera and I’m the owner of Taper and Teak Apparel in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I started this business while caring for my son full time as a means of income during the Covid 19 pandemic.

My heart has always belonged to fashion and design and my entrepreneurial spirit has lead me to what I believe is one of my greatest accomplishments to this day - Taper and Teak Apparel. We combine unprecedented customer-service, complete size-inclusion, and confidence-building/empathy-based approaches to bring you an exceptional shopping experience with us, every single time.

We are passionate about bringing you clothing that helps you embrace the person you are, all-the-while unleashing your "inner bad bitch" - the part of you that loves yourself fully and doesn't give a f*** what anyone else thinks because you KNOW you're hot. I want you to feel confident, sexy and unstoppable - to strut when you’re wearing Taper and Teak. Ultimately, I want you to LOVE your purchases and feel amazing in every piece you bring home.
